Managing Diabetes is all about tracking blood sugar levels, what you ate, & activities (like exercise), tying all 3 together in a way to see trends, what makes your individual sugar too high, too low etc [everyone's different]. Meter companies supply journals, but those are small & inadequate. Most meters have an electronic interface to get readings/times into a PC, but software is badly lacking.
